Houston County Man Faces Federal Explosive Related Charges
Brownsville, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Houston County man is facing federal explosives related charges.
58-year-old Kenneth Miller of Brownsville was arraigned this week at the federal courthouse in St. Paul on four felony charges involving the manufacture, transport, sale, and possession of explosive materials. The materials included smoke generating devices containing so-called electric igniters.
