How to Get Your Kids to Eat Their Veggies
My step son eats like a bird, UNLESS pancakes or pizza are in front of him. I've heard disguising the veggies is a smart tactic, but I found this new study that has a much easier idea. Check it out!
Pick a vegetable that your kid hates to eat, BUT is really good for them - kale, asparagus, spinach, etc. Make said veggie every day for 15 days. Sounds mean right? Apparently it works. After the 2 weeks, supposedly almost all children will eat their greens without a complaint.
The study was done in England for kids between the ages of 9 and 11, so I'm sorry if you're a picky adult (like me), it probably won't work for you.
