We were talking about Rochester On Tap yesterday and that led to a conversation on bar tricks.  A few years ago a bartender taught me an easy way to win a bet with a buddy.  Tell him that you can open a bottle of beer using only a sheet of paper - He'll laugh and call you an idiot (especially if he's had a few).  Follow these steps and you'll win the bet!
