Ichiddo Ramen is Finally Opening Soon in Rochester, Minnesota

Ichiddo Ramen is finally opening soon in Rochester, MN! I've been waiting almost a year for this. Actually, more than a year.

A few years ago, there was a listing on Ichiddo Ramen's website that a location was going to come to Rochester. Then, quietly, it was taken down, and we heard nothing. But now, construction has been happening at this location, there's a sign, and it appears they're opening soon!

Ramen Restaurant Opening in Rochester, MN

We've been needing a ramen shop in town, and I'm super excited for it to be Ichiddo that's coming.

They're a popular ramen restaurant that has multiple locations in the Twin Cities and in other states as well. I've tried their ramen before and it's really good.

Last October, I wrote about Ichiddo finally working on a location in Rochester. Now, it appears we have an opening date, finally.

I drive by our Ichiddo quite a bit and I keep seeing all of the work that's being done, and I keep looking to see if a sign has popped up announcing an opening date. Nothing.

I decided I wanted to email Ichiddo and see if they could give me any more details about an opening date. When I Googled Ichiddo Ramen, an exciting surprise popped up:

Google says they're opening on Friday, August 29th! I reached out to Ichiddo Ramen to see if that's true, because they're website has nothing about an opening date, and have yet to hear back as of writing this. If they do get back to me, I'll make sure to update this story.

I really hope they're actually opening on Friday, we've been waiting forever for this! They'll be located off of Civic Center Drive near the Barlow Plaza HyVee.
