The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed the true character of many people. Michael decided to take advantage of people at a time when supplies were very limited in stores.

Iowa's Attorney General is now going after the Orange City, Iowa, for price gouging. The Des Moines Register published the complaints that show "Michael Evan Noteboom was trying to charge as much as $65.99 for a can of Lysol spray, $86 for a 12-pack of Angel Soft toilet paper and $49.99 for a six-pack of Bounty paper towels.”
