"Go big or go home" - That has to be the mentality for anything and everything when it comes to the Mall of America. So why not build one of the largest water parks ever?

According to an article by City Pages, Bloomington's Port Authority just announced revised plans for a 250,000-square-foot, $230-250 million water park on the mega mall's north side.

The development also includes space for a hotel, however the water park will be available to everyone, unlike the Great Wolf Lodge nearby who only lets those staying at their hotel inside.

It'd be North America's second-biggest indoor water park, and include fun activities like zip-lining, surfing, and even video game-integrated slides.

Construction could begin as soon as 2019.

From what I can remember, the MOA has wanted a water park for years, so this will definitely help keep steady traffic coming into the mall for years to come.
