70-year-old Robert Angus Evans is charged with one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. He’s accused of committing the sex assault at a Rochester home.

The victim, who was nine at the time of the alleged 2024 sex assault, told police she went to Evans room after he told her to come to his room and that he would give her $5 or $10.
She stated that after entering the room she was laying down on the bed and that Evans was on top of her. She said Evans then inappropriately touched her, the complaint says.
