
Southeast Minnesota Violent Crime Enforcement Team Seizes Meth Near Rochester Elementary School, 4 Charged
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Four people are facing charges in connection to a drug bust at a home near a Rochester elementary school.

The criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court on Wednesday, says law enforcement seized the controlled substances during a raid this past July.
Members of the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crimes Enforcement Team and the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office executed the search warrant.

Four Rochester Residents Charged for Meth Bust at Home Near Sunset Terrace Elementary School
Court documents identify the Rochester residents charged in the case as 40-year-old Jessie Rae Stockamp, 44-year-old Charles Hueber Jr., 42-year-old Turea Dannielle Sam and 44-year-old Eric Gerald Nelson.

The charges say investigators discovered a combined 37.6 grams of methamphetamine throughout the home, located across the street from Sunset Terrace Elementary School in northwest Rochester.
Also in the residence were multiple cellphones, a working digital scale, multiple plastic baggies, various drug paraphernalia and an ash tray with a trace amount of methamphetamine, the charges say.
Investigators also searched a vehicle parked at the home and located and found a scale and hypodermic needles in a backpack that was in the vehicle’s trunk.
Court documents say the vehicle was registered to Stockamp.
Nelson and Stockamp are each charged with second-degree drug possession and third-degree drug possession in a school zone.
Hueber Jr. and Sam are also each facing third-degree drug possession in a school zone charge as well as a fifth-degree drug possession charge.
All four are scheduled to make their first court appearances next year.
