
24-Year-Old Man Arrested for Deadly Minneapolis Mass Shooting
Minneapolis, MN (MinnesotaNow)- One of the suspects involved in one of the recent mass shootings in Minneapolis is in custody.

That’s according to a news release issued Tuesday evening by the Minneapolis Police Department. Minnesota’s largest city has seen four mass shootings in under a month.
The first fatal mass shooting occurred on August 26 outside of a catholic high school in south Minneapolis where one man was killed and six others were wounded.

Two children were killed and nearly two dozen people, mostly children, were wounded during the shooting at Annunciation School and church on August 27.
Over the past weekend police announced that two people were wounded in separate mass shootings that occurred on September 15.
A 46-year-old man, who was one of five people wounded in a shooting at a transit center, died over the weekend.

A woman who was one of seven people hit by gunfire during a mass shooting at a homeless encampment died from her injuries late last week.
Minneapolis Police Announce Arrest of Suspect in Fatal August 26 Mass Shooting Near Catholic High School
Tuesday’s announcement of an arrest stems from the August 26 shooting at the intersection of East 29th Street and Clinton Avenue, located behind Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.
Authorities identified the suspected shooter as 24-year-old Trayveion Alvin Green. Police say Green was taken into custody without incident around 10:45 Monday night, police say.
He is facing seven second-degree murder charges, police say. Green is the third person to be charged for the August 26 mass shooting.
Officers took Ryan Timothy Quinn and Tiffany Lynn Marie Martindale were arrested on August 26th and were charged with Aiding an Offender.
