Little Thistle's 'Thistle Thursday' Fundraisers, Summer 2026

Little Thistle Brewing in Rochester, MN has always been a huge supporter of the community. But I believe it was just last year (or possibly the year before that) that they started something called Thistle Thursdays.

On Thistle Thursdays, Little Thistle would feature a local non-profit and a portion of all proceeds from that evening went to the non-profit. I went to a couple last year and they were always so packed! It was amazing to see so many people turn up to support their community.

Thistle Thursdays are usually hosted in the summer, that way they can more easily accommodate a lot of people in their outdoor space.

The non-profits that will be a part of Thistle Thursdays in 2026 have started to be announced. I will do my best to keep this list up to date as more of the fundraisers are announced.

Thursday, May 7th - 4-8 PM - Rochester PRIDE

Special Thistle Friday:
Friday, May 22nd - noon-9 PM - MN50501
(This event includes a tattoo fundraiser with artists from Sacred Heart. Tattoos start at $75 and are on a first-come-first-served basis.)

Thursday, May 28th - 4-8 PM - A Walk to End Alzheimer's

Thursday, June 4th - 2-5 PM - Collider

Thursday, June 11th - 4-8 PM - Community Grief Support

Thursday, June 18th - 4-8 PM - The Landing
