The Malibu Barbie Cafe is a pop-up spot that will be around for only a short period of time.

Malibu Barbie Cafe in Minnesota

This pop-up cafe is at the Mall of America and they do require tickets for you to get in. Heads up, I'm seeing that some time slots are already selling out.

At the Malibu Barbie Cafe, you can expect super cute decor, food, and photo-ops that I'm sure Barbie herself would be proud of. Some of the food that will be served includes "Pacific Paradise Pancakes," "West Coast Wedge Salad," and a "California Dreamin' Club Sandwich" according to WCCO.

There will also be plenty of merch for sale, a Barbie box where you can take pictures, and a roller skating rink!

The roller skating rink costs an extra $1 on top of your regular ticket if you'd like to try it out. The coolest part is that all proceeds from the rink will be going to Girls Inc. YWCA Minneapolis.

The Malibu Barbie Cafe has popped up in New York City and Chicago, too. If you'd like to check it out while they're in Minnesota, tickets range from $29-34 for kids, $39-44 for adults.
