This place is in Castle Rock Township, MN, which is just south of Farmington.

As of the 2020 census, the population was 1,350, so it is a small town, but very close to the hustle and bustle of the Twin Cities.

The missile site was built in 1955, and the building that is now the main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is 3,500 sqft. There's also a guest house that has 4 more bedrooms and is 3,000 sqft, plus the former mess hall that was "converted into a spacious open area featuring a commercial-grade kitchen and a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop patio".
