The Most Beautiful Place in Minnesota is this Landmark, According to Science
Everyone has a different idea of what's beautiful. But when science and math say it's beautiful, it's hard to argue.
A frame company called Level Frames came out with a list of the most beautiful landmarks in the US, which includes one in Minnesota, according to science and math.

They determined these landmarks to be the most beautiful because of this thing called the Golden Ratio.
What is the Golden Ratio
Adobe writes that, mathematically speaking, the Golden Ratio "is a ratio between two numbers that equals approximately 1.618".

Visually, things that match up with the Golden Ratio are "aesthetically pleasing" and are common in the natural world. Adobe gives us these examples of the Golden Ratio:
Proportions of nautilus shells and human bodies are examples of the golden ratio in nature, but these tend to vary greatly from one individual to the next.
Something that is mathematically proportional and looks visually appealing would be perfect on this list of the most beautiful landmarks according to the Golden Ratio.
Obviously, as Adobe alluded to, there are plenty of naturally occurring places that fit the Golden Ratio. However, this particular list from Level Frames looked at man-made landmarks only.
The Cathedral of St. Paul Named One of the Most Beautiful US Landmarks
The Minnesota landmark that made the list is the Cathedral of St. Paul.
Looking at pictures, it makes total sense, it's definitely aesthetically pleasing.
