Most Dangerous Jobs in America
I was walking downtown when I looked up and saw some window washers. It made me wonder if that was one of the most dangerous jobs in America. Turns out, it isn't! I think you might be as surprised as I am to find out what jobs are on the list, however, some I wasn't that surprised about. Some didn't make the top ten list that are dangerous are police officers, firefighters and emergency room workers.
A total of 4,836 workers died from a work-related injury in the U.S. in 2015, the highest annual figure since 2008.
Are you in any of these jobs? Can you attest how dangerous they are? I can't imagine window washing or being high up on a roof. There's no way I'd do that kind of job where I could see how far a fall would be. Hats off to all these people doing a job that many wouldn't do.
