Tim Hortons closed all of their Twin Cities locations really suddenly at the beginning of May. It has now been discovered that the remaining locations in Greater Minnesota have now closed too.

After the Twin Cities locations closed there were remaining locations in International Falls, Brainerd, Bemidji, St. Cloud, and Mahnomen.

The International Falls location closed suddenly on Monday. According to the International Falls Journal, employees of that Tim Hortons weren't told that the store was closing until Sunday night.

The Brainerd, Bemidji, and St. Cloud locations all closed on Tuesday.

Ok, wait, what about the Mahnomen location? Well, someone at Bring Me the News called that location, which is in the Mahnomen's Shooting Star Casino. The person who answered the phone said they aren't technically a Tim Hortons location, they just sell Tim Hortons products. So in other words, all of a sudden all of the "official" Tim Hortons locations in Minnesota are suddenly gone.

I mentioned in my blog that I wrote when all of the Twin Cities locations closed that there were issues between Tim Hortons and the Minnesota franchise operators, Tim-Minn, Inc. It was reported in December of 2017 that the Twin Cities locations were sued by Tim Hortons for not paying franchise fees. Then in February 2019, Tim Hortons was sued by Tim-Minn, Inc for price gouging. Yikes.
