Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was arrested Sunday after making threats about killing someone.

Police were contacted by a man who said 24-year-old Esteban Aparicio came to his residence with a gun in his waistband. Aparicio suspected the man’s brother of breaking into his residence and wanted to know where he was because he "wanted to kill him."

When told the brother wasn’t there, Aparicio left. He was later arrested at his place of employment after a gun was found in the trunk of his car. He denied making threats. He also said after giving it some thought, he decided the man he was looking for did not break into his residence and that it might not have happened.
