Duluth, MN (KROC-AM News) - Duluth Police say a Rochester man was the ringleader of a gang that distributed illegal drugs across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

Officials say several dozen people have been arrested in Rochester, Duluth, and other communities in northeastern Minnesota, which is where over 20 of the suspects in the case live. Investigators say they are also seeking another 10 suspects who have not yet been taken into custody.

Duluth Police described 36-year-old Ricky Osborne of Rochester as a leader of the Black P. Stone Nation gang and say he is accused of running the operation remotely from Rochester and was charged today in St. Louis County Court with a half dozen felony drug charges involving the trafficking of heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and fentanyl.

Duluth police say the multiple agency investigation began last December.
