Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - For the second time this summer, Rochester Police are investigating a report of lewd behavior at Quarry Hill Park.

Police Captain John Sherwin says two teenage girls were walking on a trail in the park Sunday evening when a man ran at them while exposing himself and performing a lewd act. The 18 and 16-year-old victims described the offender as white, in his late 20’s or early 30’s, around 6-feet tall, with light brown or dark blond hair. He was wearing a blue shirt, black shorts, a black baseball hat and New Balance athletic shoes. They also officers he was wearing white earbuds and was carrying a small backpack.

Rochester Police were called to the same park on June 24th to investigate a similar incident and, at that time, reported there had been two other recent reports of an exposer at Quarry Hill Park.
