Yuma Fritas has officially opened in the former Taco Jed space on South Broadway, bringing "Cuban-ish" street food to Rochester.
Ollin Cocina & Tequila is now open in the former Carbone's Pizzeria space near Costco, offering an upscale menu of traditional Mexican cuisine and curated tequila.
EggFlip, a popular Twin Cities-based Korean breakfast spot, opened its first Rochester location a couple of months ago in the First Avenue Food Court near Peace Plaza.

Restaurants Opening Soon in Rochester, MN

Twin Cities favorite Green and The Grain is expanding to downtown Rochester, bringing its popular premium salads and wraps to a new location right next to the Historic Chateau Theatre.
McAlister's Deli is expanding into Rochester with two new locations scheduled to open this spring. The popular fast-casual chain will be situated in the Shoppes on Second near St. Marys Hospital and in the West Circle Retail Plaza near the northwest Hy-Vee.
Berries & Bubbles is set to open soon and offer an upscale brunch with fruity dishes and bubbly drinks.
