Samm’s 2017 Year in Review
Wow, what a year! I can't believe we are nearing the end of 2017 already. Here are some of the greatest things that happened this year.
All in all, I feel like 2017 was an awesome year!
Where do I begin?
I left the country for the first time
My husband and I went with some of our greatest friends to an all inclusive resort in Mexico. It was amazing!
Speaking of trips...
Later in the year, I saw one of the natural wonders of the world - the Grand Canyon!
I went to a few concerts
Not only did I get to see Pitbull and Enrique, BUT I also got to see Imagine Dragons. By far the greatest show I've ever been to!
And shows!
Seeing Aladdin in the Orpheum theater was definitely a highlight of the year. I also went to Grease at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. Both left me wanting to see more shows.
My best friend had a baby
My sister from another mister had her first baby! This little man is beyond perfect.
Made some pretty big purchases
We bought a new house! Going from your first home to your "forever" home is such a big step. I'm so happy with our new place.
My husband also surprised me with something I've been talking about for years - two wheels!
Pulled off an epic Halloween group theme costume
Not pictured: my niece and nephew who went as Baby Groot and Drax.
My sister came home!!
After over 2 years in Guatemala for the Peace Corp, my sister-in-law finally came home for good!
