Savings Account Helps SE MN Woman Win $5000
On Friday, First Alliance Credit Union in Rochester surprised one of its members, Heather S. of Dodge Center, with $5,000! Watch the video below to see the moment Heather found out she won and the BIG check she got. She told FACU that 2020 was extremely difficult for her as a bartender, “This is probably about how much I lost in income due to the shutdowns. This is huge, it’s a godsend for me.”
Heather won the cash-prize by participating in an innovative state-wide credit union savings program called WINcentive Savings. The WINcentive® Savings program incentivizes credit union members to save regularly by offering risk-free rewards like cash prizes.
Jenna from First Alliance Credit Union can be heard on News Talk 1340 KROC-AM and 96.9 FM's "Good Money Moves" each Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. Visit the show page here.
