St. Patrick’s Day Chaos In Downtown Minneapolis

Hundreds of teenagers gathered in downtown Minneapolis around 8pm last night and began blocking traffic and starting fights.The incident happened as the St. Patrick’s Day parade along Nicollet Mall ended. Minneapolis police officials say the teenagers came with an intent to cause chaos. Police used pepper spray and multiple arrests were made.
