The Top Places People Are Moving to in the US in 2026
The places that are predicted to see the most people moving in next year are all college towns, mostly in the southern states. Yeah, where it's warmer than Minnesota, I get it, I get it.

The top places that people want to move to in 2026 are:
5. Tucson, AZ
4. Savannah, GA
3. Vancouver, WA
2. Tulsa, OK
1. Knoxville, TN
All but Vancouver are in warmer states, and they're all college towns.
I think the fact that they're all college towns is an interesting trend! I get it, though, college towns are always lively and have plenty going on.
