The deadly incident occurred early Sunday on a gravel road that runs along the Minnesota-Iowa border.

Fillmore County dispatch received a call of a person lying in the road around 12:15 Sunday morning.

Investigators say they have identified the people involved.

The charges stem from a deadly crash involving an Amish buggy near Stewartville last September that killed two children.

Her twin sister is due in court Thursday morning.
