It's been a difficult few weeks for the state of Iowa.

We unfortunately have likely witnessed multiple tornado tragedies in Iowa today. Horrifying video shows a monster twister destroy windmills and carve a path directly through a small town.

There have been very few weather days quite like what transpired on March 31, 2023. Among the more than 100 confirmed tornadoes was a monster wedge in Keota, Iowa that storm chasers got up-close-and-personal with.

Monday marked a rather rare weather event in Iowa. A wide tornado made its way across the central part of the state in one of the earliest twisters on record for this time of year.

One of the twisters was in Houston County.
