There’s a New Punishment for Drunk Freshmen at University of Michigan
The University of Michigan has unveiled a new program designed to discourage incoming freshmen from drinking.
After receiving two or more alcohol violations – or one violation that results in medical attention or destruction of property – their parents will now receive a notification from the school.
That’s right. Someone from the University of Michigan will rat you out to your mom.
Sounds a lot like High School to me.
If this happens to you, you might want to consider driving home and camping out in front of the mailbox to intercept the letter.
