An article from Innerbody says that the US Travel Association reports that "vacation spending and hotel occupancy rates are nearly back up to their 2019 levels."

I think it's safe to say that 2024 will likely be a big year for travel.

Minnesotan's Top Place to Travel this Winter

The same article from Innerbody studied Google search trends to see which places different states are wanting to travel this winter.

The other top spots to travel this winter, from 2nd to 5th, are New York, Alaska, Tennessee and California (they tied for 4th), and Wyoming.

But that's none of those states are where Minnesotans want to travel. In fact, it's not a warm location at all. We just want to travel right next door to Wisconsin.

I suppose going next door is cheaper than flying to Florida or something. But you're also still getting away from home a bit, even if it is just the next state over.

They say that the most popular attraction in Wisconsin based on these Google search trends is the Harley-Davidson Museum which is in Milwaukee.
