There's another new business is opening on Broadway in Rochester, Minnesota

Not sure if you heard but we've got another change happening in downtown Rochester. Nellie's on Third announced that they were closing up shop. Although the news is sad for many, there is an exciting twist to this story because Thai Pop will be taking over that restaurant location. Read more about that switch here.
