• Caledonia Public Schools: 2-hour delay. No morning preschool. SACC will be open.
• Charles City Community Schools: 2-hour delay.
• Chatfield Public Schools: 2-hour delay. No AM preschool. Valleyland is open.
• Dover-Eyota Schools: 2-hour delay.
• Fillmore Central Public Schools: 2-hour delay.
• Fillmore County DAC: Closed
• Glenville-Emmons Public Schools: 2-hour delay. No morning PK.
• Grand Meadow Public Schools: 2-hour delay. No morning preschool or SAC.
• Hayfield Community Schools: 2-hour delay. SACC open regular hours.
• Houston Public Schools: 2-hour delay.
• Kasson-Mantorville Public Schools: 2-hour delay.
• Kingsland Public Schools: 2-hour delay. No morning preschool. Child care open.
• Lake City Public Schools: 2-hour delay.

• Stewartville Public Schools: 2-hour delay. No morning pre-school. Tiger Time is open. Busses on plowed roads only.
• St. Charles Public: 2-hour delay. No AM Preschool. SACC is open
• St. John's Lutheran School in Wykoff: 2-hour delay, no preschool
• Triton Public Schools: 2-hour delay.  No morning preschool. Cobra Kids will be open.
• Wabasha-Kellogg Public Schools: 2-hour delay. Kids Clubhouse to open at 8:30 am.
• Winona Public, Private & Charter Schools: 2-hour delay. No morning or afternoon preschool or voluntary pre-k. Key Kids open for registered families.

Other:

• City of Chatfield: Snow emergency. No parking on city streets till noon Wednesday.
• City of Faribault: Snow emergency. No parking on city streets till 8 am.
• City of Lewiston: Snow emergency. No parking on city streets till noon on Wednesday.
• City of Red Wing: Snow emergency. All vehicles parked on snow emergency routes must be moved till noon on Wednesday.
• City of Stewartville: Snow alert till 7 am on Wednesday. No parking on city streets.
