When Giliberto’s 24-Hour Taco Shop Will Open In Rochester, MN

A lot of people were excited about the thought of getting a tasty taco at any hour of the day when we learned that Giliberto's Mexican Taco Shop was coming to Rochester.

The 24-hour taco shop has locations in Mankato, Owatonna, St. Cloud, and Willmar, and back in February said they'd be opening a northwest Rochester restaurant. At that time they said they would be up and running in June, but now the owners are saying you'll have to wait a little longer.

Giliberto's 24-Hour Mexican Taco Shop proudly calls itself Minnesota's "Most authentic Mexican taco shop.

Their huge menu features beef, chicken, pork, and seafood tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, and tamales. It all looks delicious. Check out some of the featured items pictured below.

They also specialize in breakfast with classics like huevos rancheros and have more than 10 different breakfast burritos to choose from.

The 24-hour eatery also serves popular desserts like sopillas, churros, and deep-fried ice cream.

Where will Rochester's 24-Hour Taco Shop Open?

Giliberto's is set to open in the old Fazoli's location on Bandel Rd. by Highway 52, next to McDonald's in northwest Rochester.

Their website still says the new restaurant will be serving food in June, but owners say construction delays have forced them to postpone the grand opening. According to KTTC news, the goal is to be open for business in September.

I haven't checked out 1910 Fresh Mexican Kitchen yet, but I have seen comments from Facebook friends that describe it as a fast, casual restaurant that is definitely worth checking out.

Where Is 1910 Fresh In Rochester?

The Rochester restaurant is located in the Barlow Shopping Center at 1121 Civic Center Dr. and is now open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM-8:00 PM
