Top 13 States Where Minnesotans are Moving to the Most
In case it hasn't become apparent, I love Minnesota. I've lived here my whole life and I wouldn't have it any other way. I know plenty of people also really enjoy living in the Land of 10,000 Lakes, but it's not for everyone.

I know, our winters are terrible, so that causes people to want to move. Plus I'm sure a lot of movers are going elsewhere because of work.
Regardless of the reason, where are these former Minnesotans going? Where is everyone moving to?
Where People are Moving to From Minnesota
Thanks to Stacker, we have the top states where Minnesotans are moving to. They utilized the latest data from the Census Bureau to determine how many people moved from Minnesota and where they ended up.
Many of the states in the top 13 are close to Minnesota, which I'm not terribly surprised by. I would assume those people are moving for work. Or maybe that's where they grew up and they just ended up in Minnesota at one point in their life.
Other states where Minnesotans move made it obvious that lots of people just wanted to get away from the cold and brutal winters we have.
