Will Rochester Be Getting a “Virtual” Famous Dave’s Restaurant?

It's football season. You're probably going to have friends over to watch the game and you're most definitely going to get hungry. What do you? Pizza is played out. What if you could get delicious BBQ delivered right to your door?

Famous Dave's is testing a "virtual restaurant" that's primary focus is on delivery not dining in. According the bizjouranals.com, this new type of restaurant will be about 1/6 of the size of a traditional Famous Dave's. It's basically the full kitchen with very limited seating. The BBQ chain is testing this model in Pasadena California right now and if all goes well they'd like to roll it out to other BBQ lovin' markets.
