Guy Fieri called their pancakes some of the best he's ever had. A historic diner in Wisconsin is looking for new owners, but they have to be the right fit.

Delta Diner, located in Delta, Wisconsin, has been around for over 2 decades, and has become a favorite diner "in the middle of nowhere." Now, owners Todd and Nina are looking to transition the diner to new ownership.

The owners are looking for a special person to take their dream to the next level. It's understandable when you see the care and effort they have put into this building that they want to make sure the future is secure. They've even put together a package that allows "front-end investment" not to be a hurdle. On their website, they have a "let's have a conversation" form to fill out and request a meeting.

Also included in the sale will be their Tap Shack and Taste Budz buildings on the property. They say they have ongoing discussions with prospective owners and will remain closed until a new owner has been identified and the transition has been completed. They ask you to check their website and Facebook page for updates on when they will reopen.

Guy Fieri visited the diner in an episode called Old School Joints. He said, "Don't trust your GPS, because even I got lost trying to find it." Fieri had visited the diner a year ago and decided he definitely needed to bring the Triple D crew back to get the whole story.

Guy Fieri raved about the jalapeno pancakes, which he says are in the top 3 of best pancakes he's ever had on the show. You can watch the segment for free on Food Network. There's even an appearance from the founder of Jimmy John's, who introduced Guy Fieri to the diner.
