Best Ugly Sweater DRESS

All the ladies will remember these terrible GREEN velvet dresses our mom's made us wear for Christmas.  I'm so proud of my mom because she took that thing and put it to good use!!  My little sister won in her first pageant with this terribly ugly sweater dress.  She also won best smile - shocker right?!
