If you’ve ever dreamed of being on a game show, you may be in luck! Get your family together and head up to the Twin Cities on September 24th and 25th. That’s right! You could find yourself shaking Steve Harvey’s hand and answering some hilarious questions in front of a live, studio audience and a TV viewership of millions!

How? Well, auditions are by appointment only according to the Family Feud auditions website. To set up an appointment, they ask that you contact them via email at Minneapolis@familytryouts.com.

There are a few rules that need to be followed in order to be eligible for the show, including having five family members who are "related by blood, marriage, or legal adoption," according to the site. Show participants must also be legal U.S. citizens or have permission to work in the United States, and to not have had a prior appearance on the show in the last ten years. The show also recommends that players be at least 15 years old, due to the "content of the questions." If you're unable to attend the live tryouts, you can submit a video tryout instead!

The 'Family Feud' game show started back in 1976, meaning it is celebrating 40 years in existence! The show has has numerous hosts during its 40-year run, starting with Richard Dawson. Since September 2010, the show has been hosted by comedian and talk show host Steve Harvey.
