I've made it halfway through my 10-week body shaping course. We did our testing over the weekend, and one stat that really blew my mind was how many push-ups I can do now!

I'm down nearly 2% body fat and an inch in my waist. I gained an inch on my arm and thigh muscles. Plus, I ran my mile a minute and a half faster than I ran it just 5 weeks ago.

As most of you probably know, I tore my hamstring pretty bad over Labor Day weekend. I did the splits at first, and came down pretty hard and fast, and heard a pop. It was definitely a scary moment for me! I'm extremely active! Sadly, I had to sit out for volleyball for over a month, and I had to modify my workouts when I started with Farrells.

After being laid up for a month, taking on even the most simple routines was a challenge. Five weeks ago, I did 28 push-ups in 60 seconds. I kept telling myself "that's not bad," but deep down, I was hoping for more. Now, fast forward to Saturday, and boom, 65 push-ups! I more than doubled how many I could do in one minute. #braggingrights

Remember when I took on the boys in the Push-up Challenge? Let's just say my form NOW is MUCH better, but I still kicked their butts!
