Here are some of the lyrics in question:

"Low key you won't tell none of your friends about me." LOKI?? Umm, yeah, subtle.

"I see online that you've begun to be a good girl and take trips with your boyfriend.  Being attentive, continue to pretend."

BUT, there are sources that say Calvin wrote the song BEFORE Tom entered the picture, and he's just using their current situation to help promote it.
