The ‘Baby Shark’ Ab Exercise Will Kick Your Butt

I have a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old. Baby Shark is very popular in our house. It's very popular in any house with little ones. The song was first uploaded to YouTube 3-years ago and has been viewed over 3.3 billion times since. There are a ton of spin off videos too which brings us to the Baby Shark Ab Challenge.

A friend of mine who is also suffering through the song posted the video below to Facebook and tagged me. You might be able to get through it once. Loop it 4 or 5 times and you'll definitely feel it the next morning.
