You've probably heard this before but now there's science to back it up. Continue exercising and eating healthy AND drink a glass of water before you eat and you'll lose weight!

Researchers at the University of Birmingham in England proved that this works.  They had a bunch of people drink a 16 oz. glass of water 30 minutes before they ate.  Three months later those participants had lost an average of 9.5 pounds.

The key is to drink water before every meal - breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

All of the people in this study were watching what they ate and continued with their normal exercise routine but the water seemed to really help.  Those that didn't drink water before every meal only lost an average of just 1.7 pounds.
