Winona Man Texts Coordinator Of Drug Court Program To Buy Drugs

Lonnie Edward Johnson, 34, Winona, was cited for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to The Winona Daily News,  Johnson was met at the corner of Huff and Belleview by Police officers after he mistakenly texted the coordinator of Winona County’s drug court program to arrange to buy drugs.
