20 Years Ago Today – The Juice Was Loose.

It's one of my earliest historical memories.  I was a young boy playing around the house.  My mom had just taken a load of laundry into her room to put away.   I remember running in her room and splashing down on their waterbed.   The TV was on but it wasn't "normal" TV, the tone was much different.   I sat in silence and watched the remainder of the chase.
