It's hard to avoid getting sick this time of year, BUT according to Doctor Oz, there ARE a few things you can try to keep you healthy!

This is a tough one for me, and I'm sure many others as well.
According to the Huffington post, "A recent study found that if you average less than six hours of sleep a night, you're four times more likely to catch a cold."

I know, I know, easier said than done in Minnesota, BUT vitamin D is a huge immune system support. Oz recommends 15 minutes of sunlight a day, AND a daily vitamin D supplement.

Peak flu season is quickly approaching, so get your flu shot as soon as possible.
