When Rochester, MN’s Bitter and Pour will Open Their Highly Anticipated Rooftop Location

It's happening! After waiting months, we will soon be able to sit high atop the Rochester, Minnesota skyline and have a delicious beverage.

Bitter and Pour Rooftop Bar in Rochester, MN

We learned in June that one of Rochester's speakeasy cocktail bars, Bitter and Pour, would be opening a rooftop location.

With this new location, they would own the lowest and highest bars in town.

The rooftop bar will open at the top of where Terza is located, with both outdoor and indoor seating, but of course, the focus is on the outdoor experience.

In my first article about the Bitter and Pour Rooftop Bar, I talked about how this location will be different from their basement Bitter and Pour location:

"the rooftop location will have a different cocktail menu compared to the underground, original location, which has a bit more upscale options. The rooftop location will also have more beers available, plus frozen drinks."

The outdoor area should seat around 60, and the indoor space should seat about 45.

When is Bitter and Pour's Rooftop Location Opening in Rochester, MN

We'll be able to experience Bitter and Pour's Rooftop Bar very soon! I spoke with one of the owners, Andy, about the new location.

They were hoping to open a bit sooner than they are, but things happen when you're trying to set up a new space! Things are coming along, though, and they will be opening their doors on Friday, September 5th! Their hours will be 4 PM - 1 AM.

I'm so excited! I love Bitter and Pour; it's one of my husband's and my favorite places in town, and we have a great time bringing people there for the first time and making them figure out how to get in.
