Conditions will worsen with snow expected throughout the day. At this hour icy roads are creating dangerous travel conditions in Southeast Minnesota.

The National Weather Service has declared a winter storm warning for Thursday from 3am till 6pm. 4 to 6 inches of snow is expected. Slick roads, blowing and drifting snow will create travel headaches throughout the day. Allow yourself plenty of extra time for your commute this morning and make sure to buckle up.
