Dead Dog Painted Over On Highway

This couldn't possibly be real... could it?!

The story below has gone viral; depicting a dead dog who was not only left in the middle of the road, but was PAINTED OVER by city workers who were repainting road lines:

City workers painting yellow traffic lines encountered a dead dog but instead of removing the body, they simply painted over the dead pet.
