Enjoy FREE Admission to Minnesota State Parks Tomorrow
Despite the above-average temperatures this weekend, it'll be nice and sunny to enjoy your favorite local Minnesota State Park!
Tomorrow, June 10 is #NationalGetOutdoorsDay and to celebrate, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is offering FREE admission to all 75 state park and recreation areas.
National Get Outdoors Day was launched in 2008 to get more Americans outside and connect them to nature.
We have several within driving distance of Rochester, such as Whitewater State Park, Rice Lake State Park, Frontenac State Park, Carley State Park, and Forestville Mystery Cave State Park just to name a few.
Many have special activities planned to introduce you to the fun of kayaking, camping and more. Click HERE for a full list of events on Saturday.
A full map of the state parks can be found HERE.
