Marshall, MN (KROC AM News) - A funeral is scheduled Tuesday for a young southwest Minnesota girl who recently died after contracting COVID-19.
First-grader Week Day died on April 25th. She was only the third child in Minnesota to be listed as a Covid victim.
Her obituary says the 6-year-old girl was born in Thailand and emigrated from a refugee camp there to Marshall, Minnesota, with her family in December 2015. She was a student at Parkside Elementary in Marshall.
