NOOOO!!! I know all good things must come to an end, but does this one really have to? The Girl Scouts are discontinuing my favorite cookie and I'm heartbroken.

Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin Lakes and Pines shared an update to their Facebook page letting people know that cookies go on sale in just 5 days, but the real headline was that they are discontinuing one of the best cookies:

Don't forget: this is your LAST CHANCE to get the delicious Girl Scout S'Mores - stock up before they are discontinued.

Looks like the discontinuation of the S'Mores cookie also applies to the Girl Scouts River Valleys which serves Southern Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, and one county in Iowa.

I don't know what member of congress I need to write to get this reversed, but I've got to do something. S'Mores Girl Scout cookies came out in 2018 and my life has been changed ever since.

The cookie consists of a graham cracker, covered in thin marshmallow creme, and then the whole thing is dipped in chocolate. It tastes like summer in the dead of winter and is truly magical.

The cookies that will be available this year in our area include:

• Caramel deLites
• Peanut Butter Patties
• Peanut Butter Sandwich
• Shortbread
• Caramel Chocolate Chip
• Lemonades
• Girl Scout S'more (soon to be discontinued)

If you need me, I'll be patiently waiting for cookies to go on sale on February 1st so I can stock up on my favorite cookie before it is gone forever.
