Iconic Minnesota Restaurant Now Open all Year-Round Thanks to New Food Truck
We have a few restaurants around Minnesota that are only open during spring and summer. One of those is an iconic restaurant near Duluth, MN that's been around since 1960. But now, we can go enjoy their food year-round thanks to the new food truck they just opened!
Gordy's Hi-Hat Opens New Food Truck
Gordy's Hi-Hat is an iconic restaurant in Cloquet that is usually only open in the spring and summer. It was opened by Duluth residents Gordy and Marilyn Lundquist in 1960 and has been a staple in Minnesota ever since.
They're best known for their burgers but they have other classic American foods like chicken sandwiches, malts, and cheese curds.
But now we'll be able to get delicious food from Gordy's Hi-Hat year-round because of their food truck that just opened, called Gordy's Brat Stand! They'll serve up brats (obviously), Lumberjack bites, chips, and beverages.
Where to Find the Gordy's Hi-Hat Food Truck
You'll be able to find the food truck by the Gordy's Hi-Hat location in Cloquet. They'll be open Thursdays through Mondays from noon until 7 PM. That is unless they're out at an event, then you'll have to track them down at whatever event they're at that day! Unless it's a private event or something, don't crash that, please.
