Here’s What’s Going into the Johnny Mango’s Location in Byron
Tonight I got a sneak peek of what's heading to Byron, and I'm super excited to see how it evolves. This man has incredible talent and a true love for the biz, and you're going to love what he has cooking. Chef Bill is his name and food is his game (sorry, I couldn't help myself).
In all seriousness, the grub was mind-blowingly delicious. There wasn't a single thing that I sampled that I didn't love - salmon on cedar plank, filet mignon, bread pudding, just to name of a few. And that's just some of the many meals he's mastered.
So what's Chef Bill's plan? He will offer upscale catering for private parties and events. You tell him what kind of food you're looking for and he comes up with the perfect menu. He will teach cooking classes, in your home OR at the Byron banquet hall. He also plans on being open to the general public two days a week (for now). He'll host an all-you-can-eat fish fry/seafood shack on Friday nights, plus a buffet on Tuesdays.
